Tuna Fish Salad

If you love Tuna like I do. Try my version of Tuna Salad. My kids love this and there is never any left. You can also substitute a can of chicken instead of tuna if you like.

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon of Miracle Whip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 chopped hard boiled egg
1 small sweet or gherkin pickle chopped.
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, onion, egg, pickle, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well, and if needed add a little more mayo. Refrigerate until chilled.
