Dietary guidance: v v n d
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 T. red wine vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1-2 T. Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic (pressed)
In a cup mix all ingredients with a fork until mustard mixes with vinegar & olive oil making it thick. Pour over green salad (prerable loose leaf lettuce & tomatoes included). Toss & serve.
