Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


3 ripe Avocados
1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive Oil
1 vine ripe tomato, diced
1/2 small onion, minced
1 serrano pepper (optional of course)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon
1 clove garlic, minced and mashed.
Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon should do (I use onion salt)


Cut avocados in halve and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Add ingredients and stir till well combined.

*** Tip *** Cut avocados in halve. With a sharp knife whack the seed in center and turn till it twists, lift seed out.
