Quick Salsa Recipe

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 16oz can tomatoes
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (I like mine hot I use 2 serrano's and 2 jalapeno's)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic
just a pinch of oregano
1 teaspoon of olive oil

1/2 cup onion (set to the side)
2 tablespoons of cilantro (set to the side)


Put everything in a blender and mix. Pour into a container and add 1/2 cup of diced onion 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped cilantro. Keeps in refrigerator 7 or 8 days very well
