Sherry Cake

One of my fav's from my mom's recipe collection

Preparation time:
Cooking time: 45 min

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
4 unbeaten eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 tsp nutmeg


beat all 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into tube/bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Sift some powdered sugar on the top after it is cooled.
