Moroccan Couscous

1 1/4 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz box plain couscous
10 oz can chick peas, drained
1 cup raisins


Bring water, chicken broth, vegetable oil, lemon zest, and salt to a boil. Add couscous, remove from heat, cover, and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork. Add chick peas and raisins.
