16 C Sweet corn, cut off the cob
1 C Sugar
1 stick butter
1 C water
1 T salt
Wash sweet corn and cut off the cob. Cook in a large pot on the stove, bringing to a boil, but careful to not let the corn scortch. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool corn completely. Transfer corn to freezer bags (I put 2 cups in each quart bag). Carefully squeeze out any air and seal. Freeze. Enjoy later by simply warming it up again on the stove!
