1 box stuffing mix*
2-4 cans refrigerated crousant rolls
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Lightly spray baking sheets with cooking spray.
Open 1 can of crousant rolls, split center along perforation, then unroll first crousant triangle & tear off at perforation. Lay out on cookie sheet. You may have to or want to press dough to stretch it out a bit.
Using a serving spoon or large soup spoon, spoon heaping size amount of stuffing mix onto center of triangle, roll up then fold over the 2 end pieces underneath to hold in the stuffing. Repeat with the rest of crousant dough & stuffing.
You may multiply this recipe to suit your family needs.
*NOTE: You may use your own stuffing recipe if you prefer. I have and it worked out nicely.
