Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 (12-ounce) jar of Sliced Green Olives
1 (8-ounce) package Cream cheese
1/2 cup good-quality mayonaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or favorite nuts)
2 Tablespoons Olive brine
1 Tablespoon black pepper
Let cream cheese soften before mixing.
In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, olive brine, black pepper and mayo until well mixed.
Drain brine from olives, and add olives and nuts to mixture mixing until olives and nuts are well covered with mixture.
Chill for about an hour (the longer it chills, the better it is) and serve with favorite crackers and/or chips.
