This super easy fantastically good recipe and fresh home-grown tomatoes give you no reason to buy store bought refridgerated ick!

6 medium fresh tomatoes, seeded & diced
1/2 medium onion, diced fine
1 bunch cilantro, stemmed and chopped fine
1 jalapeno chili
2 Tbs freshly squeezed lime juice
* sea salt


In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice. Add salt to taste. Serve.
