Black Bean and Corn Salsa

1 can peaches and cream corn
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomato
1 can green chilies
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 red onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vinegar


drain all canned goods, rinse black beans, mix together all. add vinegar, salt and pepper, fresh diced peppers and onion and cilantro. MIX. Ready to eat. Keeps up to 3 days
