Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple (well drained)
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
¼ cup finely chopped spanish onion
½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 pkg. finely chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together except for the chopped pecans. Make sure they are well mixed before you form 2 balls and place on a plate covered with plastic wrap.
Let stand overnight or at least 6 hours. Roll the hardened cheese balls with the chopped pecans and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
