Easy Mini Pies

A fast and easy way to have pie without all the hassle and time.

Preparation time: 10-20 minutes
Cooking time: 10-25 minutes depending on which size pie you make

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

1 package of pie crust
Pie filling (your choice)
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg etc)
Sugar if needed

Method

There are 3 options for these pies.

Use a mini muffin pan, add the crust in the mini muffins, add the fruit filling and bake.

Use a Muffin pan, add the crust in the muffin pans,and bake (takes a lil more time)

Flatten out the pie crust, cut it into 2-3 inch rounds or squares, put a dollop of pie filling in the middle and makes little bags or wontons shells. Bake


I cooked these at 400 degrees and times varied from 10-25 minutes.
