Cheesy Sweetcorn "Souffle"

A super easy recipe using Bisquick, sweet corn, and cheese to make a light, fluffy, souffle-type dish. Somewhere between a biscuit and sweetcorn pudding.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

20 oz frozen corn, cooked
1 c Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 t salt
1 c shredded cheese
1T Dr. Gonzo's Garlicmash


Mix together Bisquick, eggs, milk and salt until smooth.
Stir in Garlicmash, then cheese, then corn.
Bake at 325 for about an hour, or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and edge can be removed cleanly.
Serve hot... or eat cold the next day! It's all good!
