1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. cold water
1 can refrigerated breadstick dough (Pillsbury works well)
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Combine parmesan, oregano, basil, and pepper in a small bowl...mix well and set aside.
3. Beat egg white with water and set aside.
4.Unroll breadstick dough; separate at perforations. Cut each strip lengthwise into 2 separate strips, each 1/2 inch thick.
5. Brush dough with some egg white mixture. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Fold sough strips in half lengthwise and twist to form breadsticks. Press ends together to seal
6. Arrange on prepared baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
