Easy Chicken and Pasta

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
1 can cambless cream of celery soup
2 1/4 cups water
2 cups fresh or frozen vegetable mixture
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


1. Heat oil medium-high heat in large skillet, add chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Set chicken aside
2. Combine soup, water, vegetables and basil in skillet. Heat to a boil, stirring often
3. Stir in pasta and cook at medium heat 10 minutes,stirring often
4. Add chicken. Cook at low heat 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
