1/4 cup honeymaid graham crumbs
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. Jell-o light orange jelly powder
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
250g Light cream cheese spread
2 cups thawed cool whip topping
1. Spray pie plate with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle crumbs onto the bottom.
2. Stir boiling water into jelly powder in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes. Pour into blender. Add cheeses, cover. Blend on medium speed until well blended.
3. Pour into large bowl, add whipped topping, stir gently until well blended
4. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top with spatula. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
