1 lb. Hamburger
½ Cup Celery, Diced
¼ cup Onion, Chopped
¼ Cup Ketchup
¼ cup Rolled Oats
1 Tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups Bisquick
1 Tblsp. Parsley, Chopped
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
½ cup Milk
1. Preheat oven to 400*F
2.Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
3.Combine hamburger, celery, onion, ketchup, oats, egg, worcestershire sauce, salt in a bowl.
4.Blend bisquick, parsley and dry mustard together with milk.
5.Stir with a fork to form a soft dough.
6.Turn onto lightly floured board and knead 10 times.
7.Roll into a 10â€ x 12â€ rectangle.
8.Spread meat filling to within ½â€ of edge.
9.Roll up starting from the long side.
10.Dampen edges with water and seal, tucking ends of roll under.
11.Place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes in center of oven.
12.Place on a long platter and slice.
13.Serve with sauce made from undiluted tomato, celery or mushroom soup.
