Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pkg active dry yeast (2-1/3 t)
1 c warm (not hot) water
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
3 T oil (pref. olive oil)
Add yeast to water in medium sized bowl. Let stand a few minutes. Stir to dissolve. Add flour, salt, and oil. Beat. Let rise. Spread in pan. Add toppings. Bake 425 for 15 - 18 minutes.
