1 chicken breast, diced into bite-size pieces
Marinate chicken for 5 mins in the following 5 ingredients:
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp rice wine
3 dashes of white pepper
3 tbsp gochujang sauce
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1. Heat up the sesame oil.
2. Add the chicken pieces and fry until brown.
3. Add the honey, then the gochujang, and water. Stir until mixed thoroughly, and the sauce has thickened a little.
4. Dish and eat with plain white rice.
