Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This is the best recipe for spinach and artichoke dip that I have ever had. It is creamy and has yummy bacon in it.

Serves: 10


10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
6.5 oz. Garlic and Herb Alouette (in the deli section)
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
15 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained and cut


Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold (but hot is really better!)

This may be served in a bread bowl with chunks of bread for dipping or in a regular bowl using tortilla chips for dipping.

If using a bread bowl, cut around the edges of the bread, removing the center. Cut the removed pieces into bite sized chunks. Fill the bowl of bread with dip.
