stuffed jumbo pasta shells

IF you want to make more double everything

1lb ground beef
1box of jumbo pasta shells
1container of cottage cheese
hand full of parmasan cheese (grated fresh or out of a jar no matter)
and you can add mozzarella cheese or whatever kind you want
1 clove garlic
1 large can of tomato sauce
and add anyother veggies you want


in a large skillet brown meat with garlic finely chopped- drain fat and set aside, boil pasta shells until cooked drain and run under cold water to cool, in a large bowl mix cottage cheese, half of parmsan cheese, a handful of mozzarella and garlic and meat (add anyother veggies now) stir well- pour half of the tomato sauce into large 9x13inch pan or a casserole dish-then using a large spoon fill the pasta shells and place in dish continue until all are full then pour the remanider of tomato sauce onto shells and sprinkle with parmsan cheese and mozzarella cheese put into a preheated of at 300 degrees for 30 min and serve with garlic bread and salad
