Apricot Maple Cake

Pan Size (18cm x 9cm x 5cm) x 1

A) Dried Apricots 60g, Raisons 10g, Walnuts 10g

B) Whole Wheat Flour 60g, Weak Flour 60g, Baking Powder 1 and a half tsp, Pinch of Salt

C) Soy milk 100cc, Maple Syrop 70ml, Canola Oil 2 tbs, Vanilla Extract 1tsp

Almond Powder 25g


1) Soak dried apricots in luke warm water for 10 min. Mince the apricots, raisons and walnuts roughly,
2) Mix B) in the bowl well and add almond powder
3) Put C) in another bowl mix with whisk
4) Add 1) into 2) and mix well, then pour 3)
5) Thinly coat the baking pan with oil and pour 4) into it. Bake at 160 degrees for 35-40 min.
