Edamame Dip

1 16 oz package frozen shelled soy beans, thawed
5 cloves of garlic crushed (with a garlic crusher)
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp crushed red chili flakes
1-2 Tbsp wasabi paste
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1-2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
Paprika to garnish


1. In a small sauté pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic and red chili flakes over medium heat until soft and light brown
2. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients, including cooked garlic, and adjust wasabi and soy sauce to taste
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika for decoration
4. Tastes best when warm
