Fried Rice Complet

Very nutritious fried rice. Carbs, Iron, Protein, Vitamin A, C, E, Fiber and Calcium. The tip of cooking fried rice is seasoning the vegetables before adding rice. Japanese ingredients can be found at Asian super market.

Hijiki 3 tbs
Kurumabu 3
Garlic 2 cloves
Small Red Onion 1
Eggplants 1
Carrot 1
Bitter Gourd 1
Peas 5 to 6
Umeboshi 1
Sesame oil 1 tbs, Canola Oil 2 tbs
Cooked Rice 2 bowls

(A) Konbu Dashi Powder 1 tsp, Light Soy Sauce 1tbs, Sugar, Salt, Water 100cc
(B) Dark Soy Source 2tbs, Sugar 1tbs, Salt 0.5 tbs

Sesame Seed for garnish


1) Soak Hijiki in the water for 10 min. Squeeze.
2) Boil (A) together and soak Kurumabu in it for 5 min. Squeeze and cut in cubes.
3) Mince Garlic, Onion, Eggplants, Carrot, Bitter Gourd, Peas, Umeboshi
4) Squeeze 1) &2)
5) Heat the frying pan until hot, add oil, swirl it around. Add the garlic and stir-fry for few seconds.
6) Add the remaining of 3) and 4)
7) Cook, stirring for about 2 min and add (B)
8) Add rice and mix well, Cook for 1 min
9) Serve, sprinkle sesame seeds
