Dietary guidance: v
0.5 cup soya sauce
0.5 cup Mirin
2Tbsp brown sugar
1Tbsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 small greeen onions, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
0.5 pinch Chinese Five Spice
1) Mix soya sauce & mirin in a bowl ans add brown sugar & stir until well mixed.
2) Add garlic and onion, stir to combine. Cover and let stand on counter for 45-60 minutes.
3) Add Chinese Five Spice and salt, stir gently to dissolve.
4) Cover and refridgerate fore 15-24 hours before use. Stir before serving.
Can be warmed and served as a side dipping sauce, or can be applied as a salad dressing over a tossed green salad.
