warm bruschetta

A delicious appetizer with goat cheese (my favorite most delicious mild amazing cheese in the world, ever.) I know, I'm strange.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes

Serves: Depends

Dietary guidance: v 


1 tbsp of goat cheese
1 loaf of Italian or French bread
1/2 cup of oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup of any tomato sauce
( homemade or jar..
any sauce will do..
vodka, with mushrooms, anything. )


Slice bread into thin peices. Brush oil and garlic evenly on each peice. Broil bread for 2 to 3 minutes on bottom rack. Put sauce into a small bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes while bread gets golden. Put goat cheese on top of the sauce and microwave another 10 seconds. Serve with a spoon in the sauce for people to spoon onto bread.

It's so good, especially with vodka sauce (which i added my vodka sauce recipe to my recipe box also, check it out). But, this recipe is much better than regular bruschetta. Seriously. I swear. :)
