6 oz olive oil (or your favorite)
4 oz syrup (I use E.D. Smith, no sugar added, saves on calories and sugar content)
2 oz balsamic vinegar
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp garlic
Pinch mustard seeds
Place all in a sealable, pourable container, mix well.
For best taste, make one hour before serving.
I suggest you place a few strawberries in the salad you decide to pair with this dressing. It really brings out the flavour of both the dressing and strawberries.
