500 grams of lean mince
1 brown onion
2 heaped tablespoons of tomato/garlic/herb paste
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of whoster
1 clove of garlic
1 beef stock cube in 1 cup of hot water
1 pinch oregano
Heat a pan with 1 table spoon oil, brown diced onion. Then remove
Brown mince then add onoin back with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 20-30mins until thinked.
While cooking pasta of choice to match time.
Done Enjoy with a good bit of crusty bread and a drop of Shiraz....yummo
