Preparation time: 30-40 mins
Cooking time: 6-8 hours in a slow cooker.

Dietary guidance: v
1 can of black beans
1 package of Yves Veggie ground soy product
1/4 cup or more of chopped onion, green pepper (and red/orange if you please)
1/3 cup of diced chillies
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 veggie boullion cubes or equivalent
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp or more of minced garlic
dash of salt and pepper
2 tblsp cocoa
Combine all ingredients in a slow-cooker and cook on low for approx 6 hours. In a regular large stock pot, bring all ingredients to a boil, then simmer on medium/low for approx 2 hours--stirring constantly.
