2-5 eggs (depending on how hungry you are and how many friends want to sample your concoction)
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder (or thereabouts, I like my curry tasting strong)
Dash of lemon pepper
Dash of any other spices you may have handy and sound decent.
Chop up the onions and begin frying them.
Crack open the eggs into a bowl, and whip the spices in with the eggs.
Add the cheese into the bowl. Then pour the mixture onto the frying onions. Cook until eggs solidify and cheese and egg are indistinguishable. Place on plate and enjoy!
