Bag of ready to use spinach ( or you can wash and cut your own)
Goats Cheese usually about one small thing of it broken up
Handful of nuts - a mix of walnuts and cashew and stuff or just one type
Berries- I like raspberries and blueberries together and separate and sometimes add strawberries cut up
Balsamic Vinegar - enough just to drizzle as a dressing
Put the spinach in a bowl (clean it first and remove stems if it isnt ready to use)
Add nuts, berries, and goats cheese (broken up into small chunks).
Heat Balsamic in a pan on the stove for like 1 min
Pour heated balsamic over the salad before serving et voila!
