one can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup grated parmasen cheese
(250mL) mayonnaise- i usually use a little less
1/2 tsp
(2 mL) garlic powder, and 1 tsp.( 5 mL ) lemon juice.


Drain and chop arichokes. Mix with remaining ingred.,
and place into 1 qt. (1 L) casserole dish. Bake 10 min. at
350 F (190 C.) or micro on high for 5 min. Serve hot with crackers
