Dorothy C's Potato Soup

Serves: 4

3 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbs. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. dill weed (optional)
3 chix bouillon cubes
1 10oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
3 1/2 cupe water or milk
thicken with corn starch


combine all ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes or until done and potatoes start to fall apart.
