Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground chuck, browned
1 can family size tomato soup
2 cups cooked rice
1 medium chopped onion

Method

Clean peppers and set aside. Brown hamburger and onion. Mix with rice and stuff into each pepper. Place into casserole dish. Pour tomato soup mixed with half a can of water all around the peppers. Bake covered for 1 hour @ 350 or until done.
