soupy chicken bake

chicken in a creamy asparagus sauce topped with crisps and cheese and baked!

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

1 can of chicken and asparagus soup
left over chicken from a roast
big bag of crisps ( doritos work best)
some cheese


take the chicken off the carcus and cut into small managable pieces and place in a casarole type dish. pour the can of soup over the top and top up with water if the chicken isnt totally covered.
sprinkle the crisps over the top, and top with cheese.
bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minuites, but basically until the soup bubbling as its then hot!! The cooking time isnt that important as the chicken is already pre-cooked so no risk of being raw still!
can add other vegetables to bulk it up a bit more.

is really cheap to do and rearlly quick.

if you dont have left over chicken from a roast you could always use chicken fillets or whatever, pre cook them in the oven and its all good.
