Quiche Lorraine

1 deep 9" pie crust, unbaked
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (5 oz) mushrooms
1 1/2 c swiss cheese
1 med onion, peeled and chopped
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c evaporated milk


Prehet oven to 450. Bake crust for 5 minutes.

Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
