Botswana Pan-Pizza

The quickest, easiest and very fool-proof way to make pizza if you have no oven!

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Difficulty:
Serves: 3guys, 4 -6 girls

Ingredients

Crust:
500ml flour
15ml baking powder
pinch of salt
150ml water
5ml oil

Filling:
basically whatever you eat on pizza
tomato sauce/paste
salt
lotsa cheese
herbs you like

Method

Crust:
mix dry ingredients together, make a hole in the middle. Mix the oil and water, pour into the hole and knead the mixture into a dough
Seperate the dough into 3 balls

Filling:
heat oil in a pan, roll out a cirlcle of dough and place it in the pan. Fry it for 5 min over medium heat and then turn around. Take pan off of the heat and spread tomato sauce on the browned side. Place all the toppings on and lastly the cheese.(not all of it - only a third!)
Place the ban back on the heat and turn it down to a cooler level. Cover the pan with a lid and leave on heat until the cheese has melted.
