Avocado Milkshake

A sweet, mild, creamy and smooth milkshake

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

1 cup fat free milk
1 avocado
1 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice


Mix everything in a blender until smooth.
If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
This is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
