Quick and Easy Beer Bread

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


3 cups self rising flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 bottle/can beer, 12 ounces
Melted butter for brushing top


Mix all ingredients. Pour in baking pan/dish and let sit for 15 minutes. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Melt butter and brush top of bread of desired.
