Serves: 2 GALLONS


7 C. rolled Spelt, Kashi, or Oats (not instant)
2 C. shredded coconut
2 C. Wheat Germ
½ C. Spelt, Rice, Oat or Buckwheat flour
1 T. Sea Salt
2 C. raw almonds or cashews
1 C. raw sunflower seeds
1 C. raw sesame seeds
¾ C. raw flax seed
1 C. raw hulled pumpkin seeds

¾ C. almond, apricot oil
½ C. brown sugar
1/3 C. black strap molasses
1 ½ C. honey
¾ C. water
1 T. vanilla
2 t. almond extract


Mix the first ten (10) ingredients in a large bowl then take the next seven (7) ingredients & put into a mixer and blend together. Pour blended mixture over first ingredients & mix.

Divide mixture and spread onto two large cookie sheets. Bake at 250º F. stirring every 20-30 minutes for 90 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. Turn off oven & let the granola sit in the closed oven overnight to finish drying out.

Add dried fruit of your choice before packaging or 20 minutes before turning the oven off.
Use cranberries, raisins, dried apricots, dried cherries, dates, & or chopped figs.
Store in airtight containers.
