Teddie's Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 small onion
3-4 chicken breast (I grill them or you can pay fry them) diced
4 oz can diced chilies
1 1/2 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pt sour cream


Mix all ingredients together. Soften 12 flour tortillas in hot oil. Spoon filling into each tortilla and roll.
Place side by side in 13x9 baking pan. Spread remaining mixture on top with more grated cheese.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and add more cheese on top and melt.
