Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 24 cookies
Dietary guidance: v
can of sweetened condensed milk (370 grams)
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract (or 2 pks of sucre vanille)
4 cups unsweetened finely grated dried coconut
Preheat oven to 350 F
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and generously grease (I used butter).
Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls and drop onto cookie sheet. They can be fairly close together, but not touching.
Bake for 10-15 min until slightly golden.
Immediately romove to a cooling rack.
I haven't tried it yet; but I think these might also be good with an almond inside and drissled with melted dark chocolate.
