Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Tomato Soup (undiluted)
1/2 c milk
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tps. dried basil
1/4 tps. garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
4 cups of cooked pasta/macaroni
1.) Cook pasta according to package.
2.) In a skillet cook the chicken with a few Tbs. of oil. Set the chicken asside and pour off the fat.
3.)Add soup, milk cheese, basil and garlic to pan. Heat to a boil.
4.) Return chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes or until heated through.
5.) Serve on pasta.
