Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 1/2 c water
2 c orange juice
1 1/2 c cranberry juice
5 star anise
1/2 c brown sugar
6 cranberry apple tea bags
1 3/4 c spiced rum
Mix together juices, anise, and brown sugar. Heat until steaming. Add tea bags and continue to steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Stir in the rum just before serving.
Pour into ceramic mugs and serve.
