4 boneless chicken breasts about ½in. in thickness
½ c. milk
seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350°
Beat together egg and milk. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs. In a Teflon skillet (or a skillet with olive oil) over medium heat, brown the breaded chicken until golden. Set chicken aside in a baking dish.
Put about 8 slices of mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce over everything, sprinkle with parmesan and more mozzarella and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad
