Lentil Dip

Dietary guidance: v 


2/3 cup orange lentils
1 3/4 cup chicken stock
2/3 cup plain yoghurt
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper


Simmer the lentils and stock until all of the water has been absorbed. Cool the lentils then blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy.
