Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 6 persons


125gr PhiladelphiaCream cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs seperated
1 teaspoon gelatin dissolved in 1/4 boiling water, cooled
200g dark chocolate, melted
100g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
Garnish: Extra Toblerone chocolate , chopped


Whip the Philadelphia Cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth. Add egg yolks, gelatin mixture and melted chocolate, and mix untill well blended.
in a medium sized bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gently fold in chopped Toblerone chocolate.
Combine the two mixtures & pour into 6 small serving dishes and chill for 4 hours. Garmish with the extra chopped Toblerone
