Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pound ground beef
4-5 slices bread torn into little pieces (less than 1/2 inch)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 cup parmesan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix it all up, roll into balls and pan fry in some olive oil. Can also be baked but not sure at what temp.
I added some leftover sausage, not sure if I'd do that again but good!
