Sort of Thai Style Chicken for the Crockpot

I know the ingredients sound sort of odd, but the end result is really yummy

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5-6 hours

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6


8-10 Boneless Chicken Thighs (however many are in the package)
1 cup Salsa
1/3 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 Tbsp grated Ginger
1/2 tsp Curry Powder


Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in the crockpot. Add chicken pieces, turn to coat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve over rice.
